Bill Frazier, 78, of Lebanon, Ohio, died Saturday, Nov. 16, in the Otterbein Nursing and Retirement Center in Middletown, Ohio.
Mr. Frazier was born April 7, 1935, in Carter County, son of the late John and Dora Walker Frazier. He retired from Armco Steel in Middletown.
Survivors include his wife, Jo Ann Houck Frazier of Lebanon; two sons, Kevin Frazier and wife Valerie of Lebanon and Keith Frazier and wife Karen of Monroe; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Dixie Heaberlin of Youngtown, Ohio, Louise Stephens (Wayne) of Grayson and Marzella Hanshaw (Bob) of Cleveland, Tenn.; and a very close brother and sister-in-law, Don and Louise Bush of Grayson.
He enjoyed woodworking, training and showing Elkhounds and going to the flea market with Don. His main passion was picking the guitar and listening to Bluegrass music.
Funeral services were at the Lebanon Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Bush officiating. Burial was in the Waynesville Cemetery in Waynesville, Ohio.
