04/01/14 — Brian Wayne Nolen, 38, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away Thursday evening, March 27, 2014, in Grayson, as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born Aug. 26, 1975, in Owensboro, and grew up in Oregon, Ohio, a son of Ed and Julie Ann Stone Nolen Sr. of Oregon, Ohio.
Brian graduated from Clay High School in Oregon, Ohio, Hocking College, and ITT Tech and was a distributor for Red Cross in Huntington, W.Va. He enjoyed going to the gym, walking, reading, taking care of his dogs and spending time with his family and friends, especially his daughters.
In addition to his parents, Brian is survived by his wife, Ann Marie Terry Nolen; two daughters, Kasey Morgan and Kaylee Reese; one brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Phyllis Nolen of Emerson; one sister and brother-in-law, Michelle and David Ibarra of Elmore, Ohio; two nephews, Josh Nolen Sr. and Elijah Ibarra; and one niece, Aliya Ibarra. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill with Brother Alexander Joe Terry officiating. Burial will follow in the Walnut Grove Cemetery in Olive Hill.
Friends may visit from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at Globe Funeral Chapel, 17277 West US Highway 60, Olive Hill, KY 41164.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
