06/04/13 — Debra Lynn McGuire Tussey, 55, of Grayson, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
She was born July 27, 1957, in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Leonard (Vicki) McGuire of Ashland and Geneva (Hay) Chatfield of Grayson.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Cecil and Millie McGuire; her maternal grandparents, Arthur and Goldie Hay; and her nephew Barry “Ed” Hale.
Debra is survived by her parents, as well as her husband, Perry Lee Tussey; two brothers, Randy L. McGuire of Grayson and Jason M. (Amy) McGuire of Russell; one sister, Donna (Barry) Hale of Grayson; one brother-in-law, Bill (Sharon) Tussey of Owensville; and one sister-in-law, Elizabeth (Robert) Tussey Miller of Hinesville, Ga. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, Sheldon McGuire, Tiffany Miranda McGuire, Ellie McGuire, Hayden McGuire, Chad Hall, Chris Tussey, Bobby Tussey and Elijah Tussey. She was a mother to many nieces and nephews and extended family members.
Funeral Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013, at Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson by Minister Bradley Cotton, with visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will follow in the East Carter County Memory Gardens in Grayson.
Pallbearers will be Sheldon McGuire, Jason McGuire, Chad Hall, Hub Johnson, Timothy Jackson, and Keith Bishop.
