05/20/13 — Christal Lynn Davis Mills, 29, formerly of Flatwoods, went to be with her Lord, Monday, May 13, at her residence in Mobile, Ala.
She was born July 24, 1983, in Summersville, W.Va., daughter of John Davis of Grayson and Teresa Leadingham (Bobby) Mills of Flatwoods.
Christal was a member of the Rush Baptist Church where she was baptized at the age of 14. Christal had a real enthusiasm for life and loved spending time with her kids, family and friends.
Including her parents, she is survived by her two daughters, Bethany and Britany Mills of Flatwoods; three sisters, Kayla Marie Davis of Russell, Brooke (Nicholas) Deweese of Raceland and Katie Davis of Vanceburg; a brother, Levi Blevins of Westwood; maternal grandparents, Imogene Leadingham of Ashland and William Herman Leadingham of Lucasville, Ohio; paternal grandmother, Deloris Evans Davis of Grayson; nephews, Jeremiah Senters and Brantley Deweese; nieces, Presleigh Deweese , Peyton Elizabeth Mills and Madison Kouns; and several aunts and uncles.
Christal was preceded in death by her maternal great- grandparents, Ellis and Rhoda Doolin; paternal grandfather, Garrett Davis; and a nephew, Wyatt Adam Mills.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, at the Malone Funeral Home with Frank Hewlett officiating. Burial will follow in the Dixon Cemetery in Westwood.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday.
