Alma Kay (Seagraves) Stultz


11/05/13 — Alma Kay (Seagraves) Stultz, 66, of Olive Hill, passed away Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center surrounded by her loving and devoted family.

Kay was born April 27, 1947, in Ashland, daughter to the late Frank Seagraves and Sylvia Seagraves.

Kay was a good and faithful servant of God. She was a devoted and loving wife to her husband and a loving mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren. She found great joy and friendship while quilting with her friends at the Quilt Heaven Quilt Shop. She greatly enjoyed spending every moment she had available with her family making beautiful memories to last a lifetime.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her twin sister, Minnie Faye Thompson; her brother, Roger Laurel Seagraves; infant twin brothers, Billy and Bobby; granddaughter, Allison; and great-granddaughter, Destiny.

Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Jerry Stultz of Olive Hill; brother, Clyde (Rita) Seagraves of Grove City, Ohio; two sons, James (Annie) Wolford of Grayson and Lt. Col. Phillip (Kim) Wolford of Dayton, Ohio; three daughters, Sylvia (Justin) Prime of Onaway, Mich., Melissa (Joe) Stenger of Hilliard, Ohio, and Renee (Danny) Steele of Grayson; step-son, Shawn Stultz of Olive Hill; step-daughter, Katheryn Mae Whampler of Marysville, Ohio; 22 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends and family from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013, with the funeral to follow at 6:30 p.m. at Ferguson Funeral Home, 202 E. Main St. (Rt. 161W), Plain City, Ohio. Pastor Paul Bogenrife officiating. Kay will be laid to rest at her family property in Olive Hill at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2013.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Stultz, James Wolford, Phillip Wolford, Daniel Steele, Joe Stenger and Justin Prime.

Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Fraley and Shawn Stultz.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ferguson Funeral Home to defray recently incurred expenses.
