10/25/13 — David Wayne Fultz, 54, of Oxford, Ind., passed away Thursday, Oct.17, 2013, at his residence.
He was born June 16, 1959, in Chicago, Ill., a son of the late Clayton Randolph Fultz and the late Ruth Elizabeth Bauer Fultz.
David was of the Christian faith and was a self-employed mechanical insulator and a member of the Carpenters Local Union. He was an avid collector of coins and stamps and loved fossil hunting.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Joy Hampton.
David is survived by his daughter, Rachael Bruneau of Indianapolis, Ind.; one grandson, Gabriel Bruneau; and two brothers, Gordan Fultz of Oxford, Ind., and Larry Fultz of Ribolt. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill with Brother Greg Owens officiating. Burial will follow in the Morgan Cemetery on Ky. 59 in Lewis County.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
