9/27/13 — Glenna Mae “Mimi” Caudill, 77, of Decatur, Ill., died at 5:09 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, at Decatur Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Ill.
Glenna was born Aug.29, 1936, in Grahn, the daughter of James William and Malinda Bailey. She married John Paul Caudill on Aug. 27, 1956, in Olive Hill.
Glenna worked at Borg-Warner,York Division and Climate Control.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John; daughters, Rena Thompson and Linda (Jeff) Jump, all of Decatur, Ill.; grandchildren, Serenity Kogel (Josh), Staci Howerton, Isaiah Bledsoe, Aaron Bledsoe, Alexis Bledsoe, Aubrey Downing (Jonathan), Caleb Jump, Jay Jump (Patty) and Jacob Jump (Chelsea); 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, John Charles “Chuck” Caudill; granddaughter, MonSheree; two sisters; and two brothers.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013, at Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home in Decatur, Ill. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 27, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Harristown Cemetery in Harristown, Ill.
