9/19/13 — Paul Edward Wilson, 68, of Olive Hill, passed away Wednesday morning, Sept. 18, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 19, 1944, in Carter County, a son of the late Ralph and Virginia Stella Blair Wilson.
Paul was of the Christian faith and proudly served his country in the National Guard. He was a retired school bus driver for the Carter County School System. Paul loved classic cars and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Ethel Jarvis.
Paul is survived by his wife of 37 years, Kathy Gee Wilson; one son and daughter-in-law, Jason Paul and Shannon Wilson of Sumter, S.C.; one daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Ted Griffith of Grayson; and one grandson, Samuel Wilson. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss him.
Honoring Paul’s wishes, there will be a private graveside service.
Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill is in charge of all arrangements for Mr. Paul Edward Wilson.
