“If that’s what the state determines what we have to do, then we have some decisions to make,” Brown said. “We will have to decide to play a district schedule or not. That’d mean you’d have a chance to go to playoffs. If we don’t, we’ll have to determine what’s best for our program. If we don’t play in a district, you’d be playing games that have no playoff ramifications.”
Brown did say that if the proposed realignment is approved, East and West Carter would still play a regular season game around the district schedules.
