11 indicted

May 1, 2013 — A Carter County grand jury handed down indictments April 12. Testimony of jail employees led to the indictment of three individuals.

Gary P. Everman, Jr., 31, of Grayson, was indicted on two counts of third degree assault, both Class D felonies, for spitting on correctional officers at the Carter County Detention Center.

Everman also faces two Class A misdemeanor indictments of terroristic threatening.

Rhonda Patton, 42, and Barry Jason Patton, 36, both of Olive Hill, were indicted on one count of first degree promoting contraband, a Class D felony.

Barry Patton was also indicted for being a persistent felony offender, a Class C felony.

Also indicted were:

Keshia Owens, 39, of Olive Hill, one count of first degree robbery, a Class B felony.

Owens and Steven Cundiff, 43, of Olive Hill, one count of receiving stolen property, a Class D felony.

Talmadge Rayburn, 56, of Olive Hill, one count of first degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony.

Dakota Kouns, 19, of Grayson, one count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, a Class A misdemeanor, first degree fleeing or evading police, and first degree wanton endangerment, a Class D felony.

James Savage, 42, of Grayson, manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class B felony.

Maggie Neese, 28, of South Shore, second degree possession of a forged instrument, a Class D felony.

Bobby Sprouse, 49, of Grayson, theft by deception, a Class D felony.

William Hall, 32, and Christopher Bush, 35, both of Grayson, receiving stolen property, a Class D felony.
