Kentucky State Police testimony led to the indictment, which claims the three possessed equipment to manufacture meth when they were arrested Aug. 4, 2012.

Also indicted were:

April Kiser, 29, of Olive Hill, one count of manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class B felony.

Timothy D. Adams, 36, of Olive Hill, one count of second degree arson, for allegedly starting a fire in a residence he owned, with intent to collect insurance proceeds, a Class B felony.
