Business owner assaulted, KSP looking for suspects

Jan. 25, 2013 —  

The Kentucky State Police in Ashland are investigating a robbery at Center Stage Studio in Grayson.  
 
KSP responded to a call of a robbery which had occurred around 10 p.m. on Thursday night. 
 
 As the victim closed the business for the evening she was assaulted by an unknown white male.  A struggle ensued, but the suspect was able to remove an undisclosed amount of cash from the victim and fled the scene on foot in the company of a second suspect. 
 
 The victim received minor injuries to her face and head during the altercation.
 
The Suspect is said to be a white male between 5'6" and 5’10”.  He is 
between 160-180 pounds. He was wearing a brown Carhartt coat and dark colored toboggan.
 
No description is available of the second suspect. 
 
No weapons were used during the robbery
