Grand jury indicts five

The following indictments were handed down by the Carter County Grand Jury Thursday, June 5.
¥ Paul Campbell Jr., 41, of Sand Ridge Road, Olive Hill was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property over $300 when he received several electric motors and other items belonging to Shane Fannin, knowing it was stolen.
¥ Andrea Lockhart, 22, of Blackhawk Road, Grayson, was indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking over $300 when she stole a purse belonging to a lady, which contained over $400.
¥ Tommla Lusher, 47, of Huckleberry Way, Olive Hill was indicted on one count of failing to report a change in order to obtain benefits when she obtained excess food stamps by failing to report the wages of a son living in her home.
¥ James T. Jackson, 27, of Spring Street, Grayson was indicted on one count of using anotherÕs Medicaid Card to obtain benefits when he used his sonÕs Medicaid card to pay for dental work on himself.
¥ Rhonda Zornes, 41, of St. Hwy 396, Olive Hill was indicted on one count of failure to report a change in order to obtain benefits when she obtained excess food stamps and Medicaid Benefits by failing to report a required change in her home.
