Letters to the Editor

January 9, 2008 Editor,

We have Angels here to: I would like to say a special Thank You to all those who make families in the Carter County, Grayson area have a good Christmas.

We recently took in some children along with the ones already in our home, bringing the total to eight children in our household. Money is not something we have a lot of, but we see that every child in our home has their needs met. My husband works everyday Monday through Friday for Grayson Sanitation so it gets a little hard to have the best of everything.

Mr. Keith Hill of G.P.D., also Mrs. Marlena Stewart of G.P.D., and Mr. Robert L. Caummisar of Project Merry Christmas just to name a few, came to our aide, and saw that every child in our home had a very nice Christmas. Thank you so very much!!

God has a special place in Heaven for angels like you. So again thank you to those who go that extra mile. You are very appreciated!

Mr. Tim and Dana Tolliver

Editor,

The family of Patty Crank wishes to thank the community churches, friends and neighbors of Olive Hill and Grayson for their prayers and support during her lung transplant procedure. She is recovering well at UK Hospital and expects to enter Cardinal Hill Hospital approximately 1-26-08 for continued therapy.

We give praise to God for granting Patty breath of life and extended living through a new lung. This was truly a gift of life from the donor and we deeply appreciate the sacrifice of their family.

We ask for your on-going prayers for Patty’s healing and a speedy recovery for her to return home to her family.

God Bless Everyone,

Delbert Crank and Family

Olive Hill
