I am writing this letter as a plea to our community. Please citizens of Cater County wake up and actually see what is going on around you.
The students and I want to express a deep and heartfelt thanks to the Grayson Area Art Guild for the generous monetary grant they strived so hard to donate to us.
Well it’s that time of year again - crunch time.
The Carter County Sheriffs Dept. Relay for Life Team would like to take this time to thank the following for all their help, support and donations in making our 6th annual Bluegrass Festival such a great success.
I would like to share with the community some great news.
I need help on the Brinegar family of Carter County.
