The Knights are off to a rough start in 2011, losing two more games at the Hersha Hospitality Classic in Phoenixville, Pa.
The losses drop KCU to 1-6 on the young season.
KCU started the tournament Friday with a close 83-80 loss to Atlanta Christian College.
The Knights followed on Saturday with a 94-80 loss to Valley Forge Christian College, KCU’s second loss to Valley Forge this season.
KCU got down early against the Patriots but battled back to make the score respectable. However, the Knights were unable to make a real threat for the win.
Kentucky Christian is in action again Saturday when the Knights travel to Franklin, Ind. to battle Heritage Bible College.
KCU’s only win so far this season came in the form of an 80-66 win over Berea College on Nov. 19.
